I am a Clinical Psychologist, offering assessment, understanding, and therapy to adults. Whether you are looking for help with low mood, anxiety, sleep, self-esteem, anger management, stress management, work-related issues, relationship/family
problems, substance misuse, grief, hearing voices, or need some psychological support through a difficult time. Please contact me by email to discuss your needs further.
Individual therapy sessions are £90 for 50 minute sessions
when self-funded. Sessions take place online via zoom or teams.
What you will experience
I provide a friendly, compassionate and relaxed atmosphere in which you can experience non-judgmental support
and an impartial listening ear, as well as a space to think about how to make changes.
Together we will think about the problems you are experiencing and try to understand how these problems have arisen, what is maintaining them, and how we can help
you to move forward. In order to do this we will use a number of therapeutic approaches and skills informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also use Eye Movement Desensitising
and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process past trauma and work on current anxieties. These are all explained further on the 'what to expect' page.
In seeking a clinical psychologist, you will be able to talk about the difficulties you are experiencing at present,
as well as learning coping strategies and new approaches to help you move forward and make positive changes, all whilst in a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
